The #IRrevolution continues to explode: beautiful blonde British model Iskra Lawrence, who has nearly 5 million followers on Instagram, is pregnant with her first baby by boyfriend of just one year, Philip Payne.
She announced the 'magical' news as she
posted a series of loved-up snaps on Instagram. In the beaming images, the
mother-to-be held up a pregnancy test as
Philip cradled her blossoming baby bump. In a lengthy caption, she enthused: 'It’s
not just the two of us anymore, we're soon to be a family of 3 ❤️."
Iskra confirmed her relationship with
boyfriend Philip around May this year, but they first met at a Grammys
party last year.
The story of their relationship is a testament to the natural magnetism that defines interracial relationships as well as the sheer "move aside" confidence that so many Black men display:
Philip says: "Someone asked me who my ideal girl is and I pulled out a picture
of Iskra Lawrence and said her. I want her. But I had no idea I would end up meeting her. I saw this shining object in the corner of the room, and I thought, wow this is my shot, right now. I
pretended to not see her and then she walked back around about to exit
the party and so I approached her and said "Iskra, are you in a relationship?"
Iskra says fate came into play that night:'I was not meant to be there, but the universe brought us together.'
